Social Security (Scotland) Bill

The Social Security (Scotland) Bill was introduced to the Scottish Parliament on the 21st of June 2017. The Social Security Committee in the Scottish Parliament are accepting written submissions of evidence on this Bill until the 23rd of August.

The National Carer Organisations have developed a briefing paper outlining the main points of the Bill. You can download a copy here

We will be submitting evidence on behalf of carers and have developed an online survey where you can respond to the key questions here
