Carers Leading the Way: Building Carer Friendly Communities

Wednesday 10 June: 10am – 12:15pm

Join the Coalition of Carers in Scotland this Carers Week for an online event bringing together unpaid carers, and organisations that support unpaid carers to explore what it really takes to build carer friendly communities.

Hear from carers who have built communities themselves, in their local communities and online.

Public Health Scotland will be joining us to discuss what a public health approach to building carer friendly communities could look like and where it needs to go further.

We will also have a breakout session where you will be able to share your views on what you think the new Scottish Government should prioritise to help create carer friendly communities in Scotland.
