Appointment letters for those at risk and some registered carers will arrive soon, with appointments commencing towards the end of October.

If you don’t receive an appointment letter, then from 24 October, people aged 5 or over who live with someone with a weakened immune system and carers aged 16 and over will be able to book an appointment online or via the helpline on 0800 030 8013.

All those aged 65 or over and frontline health and social care workers are also eligible and should have either received a scheduled appointment or booked an appointment online. Appointments for those aged 50 to 64 with no additional risk factors will be made available as the programme progresses – people in this age group should wait until they are contacted or called forward.
